Patient Registrations

Patients registered at the practice but living outside the practice catchment area.

We have noted that quite a few of our patients are currently living outside the practice catchment area. This may be because they were living near the practice when they registered initially but have subsequently moved away. We are currently going through our registered patient list and will be writing to those patients who live outside our catchment area, asking them to register with a GP practice closer to their address.
